Hey all, hope everyone's having a good weekend. Hey quick question on GSX And Cargo operations...so Im Flying the A300 Freighter and I noticed the first few times i loaded cargo, I got a train of 5 container cars to load. Now at Atlanta, trying to load (Max Gross) and im only getting one container despite the weight. also have boarding density set to "insane". how can I get the full train of cargo container cars? is there a setting or trick im missing to adjust the number on containers?

I suggest to check the manual, Page 83, the chapter named Variable number of Luggage/Cargo carts. which explains how the number of carts changes, especially the paragraph named “I only see 1 Cart!”

yeah i read that and changed max passengers but I'm still only getting one cart.

This is frustrating as h*ll!!! Ive loaded it, unloaded it. changed the simbrief fields..applied load to aircraft etc...using inibilds A300....ALWAYS only 1 cart! also noticed simbrief uses "Freight" and "payload" and "passengers"...which one is it basing off? I have tried each one being loaded and empty...always only 1 cart.

What's really frustrating are people waiting for days for a response to issues in the official support forums and getting no response and yet someone posting here where we've been told not to post issues literally gets a response in two minutes while there are pages of unanswered threads in the official forum waiting for days for a response because support now seems to be via discord...  

So apparently you are better off posting here than in the official forums where you wont get any response for days.

- If I reply to say not post issues here, but use the official channels, it's no ok either.


Basically, we really can't win this one...

Sure you can, just respond to the posts on the official support forum before you respond to posts at avsim when there are people that have been waiting days for a response on your official support forum.  

Easy win...   What isn't winning is not responding where you direct people to go in a timely manner but responding here in a matter of minutes.

You are assuming there's some kind of "pattern" or strategy behind this. I replied here in "minutes" just because I happened to visit Avsim "minutes" after this was posted, it was just a coincidence.

I hope you are not trying to suggest I shouldn't have replied before exhausting the queue of messages on the forum first!

psolk, I’ve gotta ask what was the point of that? Maybe not an official support forum, it’s also not an emotional support forum..that was counter productive as h$ll !
