August 6, 20241 yr Hi all, have the older FT scenery here for FSX/p3d where the Kai Tak airport is still active. This is of course fun to hop over from VHHH. Even in p3dv6 all the native FSX files work, including the Catalina which is updated only for P3dv3/32 bit but no issues at all. The famous Checker Board approach here. August 11, 20241 yr Kai Tak landing is always great to see here...Yes, last I flew into it was in FSX days ...🙂...do recall lifting off from the other (local) airport and practicing the checkerboard approach, often with smaller aircraft such as a Cessna...🙂... Thanks for sharing...!

In the days of FSX this FT scenery was outstanding but it's still nice to fly there today.
