August 11, 20241 yr Which sim? g3d.dll is a graphics subsystem fault. It can be caused by a bad texture in a scenery, or on an AI plane that's spawning nearby in a particular region...given that it doesn't happen everywhere with the plane, that's where I'd start looking.
