I am interested in purchasing FSI Panel to practice approaches and landings. I note that it can handle ILS/LOC/RNP/VDM approaches, but can it also simulate circle to land approaches, or visual approaches like the 09 approach at LGSM Samos?

You can always put it in situation of your choise and manually setup the FMS if needed.

A Star point , or a waypoint of your choice or a quick turnaround mode for some aircrafts. Or just an altitude.
