Hi , i live in Solrød Denmark and this flight was down to 650 feet above my area here. I think it was our local football team Copenhagen. Even VFR i dont think it is allowed in normal conditions. There is a RNAV GNSS 29 approach over the sea.

 Not sure about Danish Aeronautic regulations but for the most part if there are no specific noise abatement rules in place for the airport there were no rules broken. They were by the looks of it on a visual for 29 and in the process of landing. Unusual maybe, but that's about it.
