September 9, 20241 yr Don’t know how or why but on my server pc MSFS has reverted from PdL version to Base version. The MS Account connected to the XBox Live account shows that I own the PdL version. I found out because I wanted to disable the Asobo Frankfurt version after having bought AS Frankfurt. If I look on my client I can see the both De Luxe as Premium de Luxe upgrades are installed in the Marketplace, while on the server I now need to buy them. I sent a ticket through Zendesk and am waiting for an answer. September 9, 20241 yr yeah i had this some time ago now , had to sign out of xbox and microsoft store etc if i remember rightly , and resetting windows update using CMD but dont quote me on that please ! , do some googling you will get the answer good luck ROG Crossair Hero X670e , 9900X, TUF 4090 , X4 NVME's. Due to security reasons, only Microsoft Support agents can assist with Microsoft account issues related. ” The MS support in the Netherlands can no longer be contacted by telephone so I need to find the right MS support department online. Signing out/in on both XBox Live and MS Store does not solve it. September 10, 20241 yr Greetings. I have had this happen on a couple of occasions and the cause was the computer not recognizing the MSFS drive. You will need to go into your boot settings to fix the problem. Cheers Dissy If you can walk away it's a good landing
September 10, 20241 yr Author The issue has been found. First I chatted with a MS specialist who transferred me to a XBoxLive specialist. It seems that my servers MS account has been connected to an old XBox Live account that I did not use for multiple years. That XBox Live account did not work and they reinstated it. I now need to start MSFS again using that Gamers Tag … Currently making backups of the Community folder and several files so I won’t lose everything as I need to install the PdL version.
