Crystal Light help setting up - no controllers

Hi

As a relative newbie to VR I am having a problem with the initial setup.

I have got as far as the SteamVR desktop, I can move the blue dot around, however I can't see any way of selecting any of the items on the SteamVR desktop.

Any advice greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Al

Go watch Pimax's video on Youtube concerning the CL setup (you have to download and install Pimax's software first).  It's better to use PimaxXR versus SteamVR's runtime but you have the option to use either once you have the software installed/headset setup.

From there watch this video:

This should get you up and running and from there you can adjust settings to figure out what works best for your hardware.

Thanks for the reply.

Managed to get it running using PimaxXR runtime.

Is this the preferred option rather than Pimax Play/SteamVR?

Cheers

I believe so, I use PimaxXR, not tried SteamVR and it worked first time, no issues.

The 2nd video by VRsimguy has a lot of useful information.

Look through the two other CL threads here especially the one I started.  I addressed allot in those threads.
