January 15, 200818 yr hii have fsx sp2 and well every time i load a flight i fly in the virtual cockpit. After about 5 mins of taxiing all the textures in the cockpit become blurred and all building textures become blurred. Sometimes after a few minutes the textures are normal but sometimes i have to restart fsx
January 15, 200818 yr i also get a fps drop of like 10..when textures are blurred. Every texture in the game becomes blurry.

January 15, 200818 yr well surprisingly i am running fsx sp2 on a laptop which is like 5 year olds (nc8000 HP). With medium settings i am able to play fsx with an average of 12fps which is good enough for me since i fly in the virtual cockpit. ill post some screenies in a few minutes
January 15, 200818 yr Hi,This means that the graphics system of your laptop cannot keep up with the demands of FSX. You may be better off using FS04 on that particular machine. You could check and make sure your video drivers are up to date.Jimhttp://www.hifisim.com/banners/hifi-community-sigbanner.jpghttp://www.hifisim.com/
January 16, 200818 yr Author Try downsizing the graphics options until your machine can handle it.Level of detail radius one setting lower than you have it set, texture detail one lower: 2m instead of 1 m as an example.I know that I can cause the behavior you describe if I increase the level of detail radius beyond what my video card can handle.
