Question about EditVoicePack - need orientation!

Recommended Posts

Hello Gang!I just got my new computer (custom build) and I am in the process of installing all FSX-related programs. One of the programs I relied on was EditVoicePack but it does not seem to want to run on Vista64. I was wondering if i could just edit my voice packs on another computer and then copy/paste the updated voice pack files to FSX. Could someone tell me what are the files that EVP updates when it makes an update?? These are the files i would copy/paste into my FSX.Thanks for any assistance!Sincerely,Dennis D. Mullert

Yes. You can even copy an FS9 version of the "Edit Voickpack" file over to FSX and it will work!

Mullert "USEnglishBig.gvp" is the sound file and in FSX it is located in the "SoundATC" folder. In FS9 it is located in the "Sound" folder. Paul
