November 18, 20241 yr Greetings, I have finally installed the ORBX VECTOR into P3D V5.3 and have all the prerequisite Orbx installations required for Vector to work. Given the choice of installation locations, I installed into an external ORBX directory with all my other files, rather than in my C drive because of possible space limitations. But, Vector shows up Purple in the Lorby App...what have I done wrong? Thanks. Sherm
November 18, 20241 yr Some things to check: Check in ORBX Central under My Products and select Global Vector and confirm where Vector is installed and verify the files. Go to settings in ORBX Central and select help and Sync simulator. Try uninstalling and reinstalling. If you do get it working, I would recommend the Global_Default_Vector_Removal fix in the AVSIM file library. This will improve P3DV5 performance greatly when using Global Vector. John C. Specs: black box thingy with spinning fans, lights and a bunch of wires that go to screens with pretty colours and a keyboard with many keys.
