November 25, 20241 yr I'm continuing to test the MSFS2024 a/c that fly normally w/o any issues on my Xbox...while also pursuing my fascination with the glorious dusk light of the new SIM...🙂...So, please find this collection of 14 pictures of my (quick circuit) test-flight today at my hometown airport (Chicago O'Hare, KORD), as I lift off Rwy 28R (westward i.e., inland, away from Lake Michigan), and then land back on ILS Rwy 10L. Here, I've activated the Approach Procedure on the Garmin for effortless landing and touchdown...🙂... The airplane is Asobo/Carenado Cessna Corvalis 400 which is actually same as the (original) Columbia 400, but the Cessna name being now the official designation (the Cessna Aircraft Company acquired Columbia Aircraft Manufacturing Company in 2007). Hope you enjoy...and thanks for viewing...!
November 25, 20241 yr Nice! It's not a terrible bird to fly. I always like the look of that plane, since it has its origins with Lancair. | My Liveries | FAA ZMP | PPL ASEL | | Windows 11 | MSI Z690 Tomahawk | 12700K 4.7GHz | MSI RTX 4080 | 64GB 6000 MHz DDR5 | 500GB Samsung 860 Evo SSD | 2x 2TB Samsung 970 Evo M.2 | EVGA 850W Gold | Corsair 5000X | HP G2 (VR) / LG 27" 1440p |  Â

November 27, 20241 yr Author Ryan, Will, pmplayer: Many thanks for the comments...glad you liked...🙂....  On 11/25/2024 at 5:06 PM, ryanbatc said: .... since it has its origins with Lancair. Good point, Ryan. It had skipped my mind... Lancair was spun off to Columbia (300 and 400), and finally to this Cessna 400...indeed lots of history behind this one...
