In my case, RTSS prevents MSFS 2024 from loading which always ends up with CTD. Same goes with Lossless Scaling. After loading is complete, it is safe turn both apps on.

Just for feedback, I have no problem loading FS2024 with both mentioned apps open.

I use neither for 2024 but they are running in the background and haven't caused any issues.
