February 16, 200719 yr When Ford released its latest Mondeo with new features I asked my local dealer if, as an existing Mondeo owner, I could have a free upgrade. To my surprise he refused saying, that the new features were available to new purchasers only! Don't you agree with me that is a disgraceful way to treat loyal customers and that Ford just doesn't care less about its existing customers. Gerry Howard
February 17, 200719 yr wow, that is a bad deal.with my toyota forerunner, I was able to get a huge discount (over 50% off). Not free, but still a great deal on a new car. February 17, 200719 yr Well with the costs and selling price getting so close together they usually can't afford to do that any more. Chris Miller
