I guess there is multiple issues of performance degradation on approach.

Alot of us having these issues after the micro update couple of weeks ago i believe.

Before and after the update, I found my performance came back after changing the settings to a preset so I changed it to medium, closed the sim and restarted and then changed each setting to my liking (make sure dynamic is off) 

Assume you're talking about 2020, since you mention DX11.

well it was yet again the latest driver causing it offensive initials not allowed is going on with nvidia lately?

i had to revert back to 566.03 which i think i will stay on for a while.
