I am not 100% sure that was the culprit because I haven't yet got desktop PC time at home, but will try ASAP 🙂 Flying gliders since 1980 Flightsimming since 1992 AMD Ryzen 5600x, 32GB RAM, GPU Nvidia RTX 3060 Ti 8 GB, 1 TB and 500 GB nvme2 SSD drives, HP 27" 60Hz LED monitor @ 1920x1080, T16000, Hotas from old X52 Pro, Saitek Combat Rudder Pro (2010 model)
January 6, 20251 yr Author Well, just a note to say that the ONLY way I could get BATC working again was starting it in OpenGL.ode using one of the two alternativa batch files in the program folders. Apparently the xEnviro for xp12 install messed up Vulkan. BATC is ok in OpenGL mode! Don't know if they be relevant to your situation though. January 7, 20251 yr Author Well, a friend mentioned through Wahstapp that xEnviro when installed changed the default registry variable for the path to Vulkan, so I asked my friend copilot and he gave me some answers I'm going to try. Meanwhile I'm running BATC in OpenGL mode. The batch file for DX10 mode doesn't work either. Am going to protest at the xEnviro forums 😕 Although I LOVE xEnviro now in X-Plane 12, it's not good programming practice IMHO !
