Hi there-

I have downloaded alot of the flight plans from WOAI. I seer alot of more recent ones for more recent years. Is there a way that one can make a traffic file that can be used for the WOAI installer? If you know how to or know someone who could possibly do it please let me know. If it's not possible is there a program that can make flight plans that is fairly easy tomake flight plans and aircraft to compile.

I'm just asking because I have a disability that I cannot understand complicated things so I would like an easy way to make flight plans if there is one. I would use TrafficTools but I see it is native to FS2002/2004. If anybody knows of a good program I could use that's fairly easy to use that I can understand please let me know. Thank you.

Hi Lee,

Forgive me if I'm wrong but if I remember correctly from when I used WOAI in FS2004 the WOAI download package came with aircraft and flight plans. In fact I googled it just now and found this link which hopefully is not breaking any rules to post!

World-of-AI AI Traffic Packages for FSX (flyawaysimulation.com)

This might be what you need.

Thank you Bill. I have it and have used it and loaded all flight plans. Just one other question...I use AIFP to compile flight plans. Its got three colums. The one on the left lists the fligh plans, the one in the middle lists the Airports and the one on the right side lists the aircraft needed for that flight Plan. The aircraft is all red. Anybody know why that is? Do I need to go search for all those aircraft for those specific flight plans? If anybody knows and can help, it would be greatly appreciated.

On page 6 of the AIFP manual which is included in the download.

Quote

the Aircraft List (right side) – displaying for all aircraft used by the flight plans
their reference number used in the flight plans, their title and the cruise speed
that will be used by AI Flight Planner (which may be different from the cruise
speed given in the associated aircraft.cfg file.) The titles of already-installed
aircraft are shown in black. The red “X” to the left of the Aircraft List title is
displayed whenever there are missing aircraft. Titles of missing aircraftare also
shown in red.

It's been a while, but I believe this is when the BGL file can be read of the aircraft, but the aircraft its self (it's folder) is missing from your aircraft folder. Your "hanger" so to speak.

Its because the ai plane folder isnt in the sim object--> aircraft folder, or is missing that specific livery.

Just go to your fsx main folder --> scenery --> world ---> scenery --->scroll until you see traffic.cfg files.

Anyone of these files can be edited using ai flight planner for fsx. Including the WOAI traffic file.
