February 1, 20251 yr Hi, I'm trying to purchase Kennedy Space Center off the marketplace. I haven't purchased anything from it for ages. I can see a box pop up so fast I can't even make out what it is, it's probably the payment box. I remember I had this problem the last and only time I ever bought something this way, years ago. The notification box is also telling me it was cancelled. I'm using the store version of 2020. What I've tried so far: Updated my credit card info. Logged in and out of MSFS Marketplace. Updated all the Xbox stuff, logged in and out. Rebooted the PC. I went to the MS support site but I've already tried everything they said in the FAQ. Any help will be appreciated. Jack Jack Sawyer

February 1, 20251 yr Well Jack, I can remember in FS2020, to make a purchase in the Marketplace I had to Login to FS2020, [ie, click on the MSFS2020 Image on my PC screen], NOT as the Administrator. I think it was Left Click on the Mouse. Right click brings up the drop down Menu with Log in as Administrator as an option. Which you avoid. Maybe try Left click, no Administrator. Something to do with the payments system getting p-d off if I Right clicked. T45
