Neither log shows any errors, however your description of the issue would seem to indicate you are running out of resources. 

Check your Memory and CPU utilization in Windows Task Manager as you try and load XPlane. If it goes above 75%, then you are likely running out of the resource during peak processing periods, like loading scenery.

In general, 32 GB of memory is the minimum amount of memory for XP12 and with that, you need to turn all your Graphics settings down to Medium to avoid crashes.

I've 64GB RAM and 24GB VRAM. Not sure what's going on.

The next release will eliminate the XP_Link and XPUIPC plugin for X-Plane users, so this issue should be resolved at that point.

In the meantime, here is a link to an updated XP_Link plugin that might perform better and avoid the issue for now:

Download and unzip.  Then copy the resulting plugin folder to replace the one you have in your plugins folder now.
