Been having an intermittent but destructive error during flights when taking a screenshot (windows key + CTRL).

This has recently started to occur with new RTX570 ti and latest drivers. When I press these keys to take a screenshot the whole PC locks up often with sound still going.

There is no MSFS error in Event Viewer but only a System error ID 14. I’ve done most of the usual things- clean drivers install, tdr reg entries etc.
 

Can’t find anyone else online who seems to have had this with MSFS. Any help or advice welcome.

Are not using (Windows Key + Prt sc Key).

Ah yes sorry my mistake

I use windows key, shift-S. Don't know if this might work for your issue.

Actually I found that one reason for this happen is having the PC's internal lighting on. I found AURA had been set on in my BIOS. So I switched to off and haven't had any more problems so far.
