April 13, 20251 yr What's the last best setting for this? I' on an RTX 3060 Ti. Have been staying with "Off" but I really don't know if the new updates to Xp12.2 would benefit from setting it to "Auto" or "On" ? April 13, 20251 yr I thought that was an opengl-specific thing? Friendly reminder: WHITELIST AVSIM IN YOUR AD-BLOCKER. Especially if you're on a modern CPU that can run a flight simulator well. These web servers aren't free...

April 13, 20251 yr There's essentially zero official nvidia documentation on this thing. I would be surprised if vulkan needed it though. The benefit/curse of vulkan is to let the devs do their own optimizations for that type of stuff. Nevertheless, it would be interesting to hear if there's a benefit. April 14, 20251 yr Author Ok, that's what has been putting me away from AMD since the nineties of last Century, regarding GPU. OTOH I am more than happy with my CPU - Ryzen 5600x...
