June 23, 2025Jun 23 Author Thanks for the heads up Raymond, it was (of course) also disabled in my case and it for sure helped with the FPS. Not that much but I am getting there (having locked 36FPS and then 72 with Frame Gen in all scenarios). June 23, 2025Jun 23 It would have been wise, as someone already said, to clean reinstall windows with a new mobo and a cpu. It would be wise, as others written, that I basically did it by doing a full re-install of the 24H2 Windows 11 update. As mentioned, with each and every benchmark tool I do, I get exactly the expected performance, so for sure it is NOT a thing related to my build per se, but rather a thing with MSFS2024. It might also just needed to settle down, the tip regarding rBAR was also absolutely helpful and the fact that I maybe turned up too many settings at once resulted in somewhat crippled performance below my expectation. But as of now, I get my locked 72FPS (after Frame Gen) basically 99% of the case, just did a FBW A380 flight from VTBS to WSSS using 75% AIG traffic and all this stuff and during the whole flight, including the cruise at 4x sim rate, FPS never shown anything else than my locked 72FPS. Perfect. So for now, this thread can be considered obsolete... Greetings, Chris AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D, 2x32GB DDR5 6000MT/s RAM, MSI RTX 4090 Ventus 3X, Windows 11 Home, MSFS2024
