Not a problem...so, one fee covers the upgrade for both MSFS2020 & MSFS2024 or do we have to pay for each one? ORBX Central does not explain that very well.

One fee buys one version and then the other one is free.
You do still have to "buy" the second version, so as to add it to your account.
No explanation is needed really, as anyone buying one will see the resulting 100%
discount on the other.
So far, Orbx have not charged a fee for any MSFS 2020 to MSFS 2024 "updates".
