It's a problem with the PMDG SDK. We suspect it may be associated with corrupt 3rd party liveries or panel state files, so try using a stock PMDG 777 livery as a test if it happens to you. You could also try reinstalling the 777 host aircraft to clear out any gremlins present. If it continues to happen, uncheck the "hold checklist if item wrong" option in the FS2Crew options menu. B.
