Love their products, I bought a bunch of stuff from them and recently purchased the FMC for the 777. They shipped the package on 6/28 from Chino, CA to Colorado, a delivery route that takes the most three days to deliver. For the past two weeks I've been chatting what I figure is their bot in their ticketing system and I've been jerked around for days. At this point I don't really know what to do to either get a refund or have the ship it again, I am FUMING! 

Check out the tracking history below, how can they claim the package is not lost? Does anyone have any suggestions or connections to someone at Winwing that can actually help?

So does that mean FedEx is saying they lost it and punting it back to Winwing.  That sucks, sorry man, probably not going to be an easy resolution, Did you open a case with Winwing support?  Can you do that within Simapp?  Maybe try that way?

I opened a case with them as a troubleshooting issue and they were very responsive and got it resolved in the next Simapp build so can't hurt to try a troubleshooting ticket.

Just got off the call with Fedex. They told me that this package has been marked in their systems as lost for over a week and Winwing is straight up lying, claiming otherwise. What a farce.

Only the shipper can file a claim.....I have had numerous episodes like you are experiencing, but with the Postal Service....Each time my money was refunded by Amazon, and they deal with the Post Office....I feel you pain...

After 44 days I was finally able to get my package. After countless conversations with the Winwing support and pleading with them to try to locate this package with Fedex, their support team continually LIED to me that they're in contact with Fedex and the package isn't lost.

I finally got fed up and called Fedex, opened a formal complaint and spent 2h on the phone trying to locate the package. After several calls to sorting facilities in Colorado and Utah, I was able to get a hold of someone competent in Chino, CA - the location from which Winwing fulfills the orders in US. They were able to put a trap on this item and finally relabel it and get it over to me.

This person said that the packages from this shipper have constant label issues, so I'm not sure if Winwing's label printer sucks in their warehouse or if they're labeling their packages somewhere else before Fedex picks them up. I reported it back to Winwing and they're response was "sorry for your trouble". Absolutely zero help to resolve the issue from the shipper, absolutely scandalous customer service and a total 💩show. 

Will use global moving forward.

Which is why I wont buy any if their products...I asked about tariff charges (from Fedex or UPS) regarding one of their products on Amazon...The reply was "If" it comes from their U.S. Warehouse their "Shouldn't"  be charge...No sale...
