Missing Default Missions

Featured Replies

I have both FSX and FSX SE installed on my computer. I only use the boxed version for its SDK. I play the other. I recently started playing again (over 500 hours since 2018). Today, I started using FSX Mission Editor 2 after spending days trying to create missions in FSX SDK. I noticed my default missions are missing. I know you want to say something like "that should have been the first thing to look for." Yeah, you may be right, but this is where I'm at.

So, to get you up to speed. All the folders are present, and the files are present. There is no functional reason that this should happen, but I've been tweaking these files for three days using Copilot to help me. So there is a small chance that I deleted something. I need someone wiser than me and Copilot to help locate the problem so I don't have to uninstall and reinstall.🤷‍♂️

BBcode not working

Hi,

I'm not familiar with FSX Mission Editor but am I correct in that you are saying the Missions folder is present in FSX together with all its contained folders but the missions are not showing up in the dropdown menu?

If that is the case, it might be worth uninstalling Mission Editor and see if your default missions return.
