It looks to me as if MSFS uses a percentage of the VRAM that's available to it, rather than a fixed amount. As with any hardware and any software that can demand more than the hardware is able to deliver, settings are the key to a satisfactory outcome. Same setup up here and it works well.Everything on high or Ultra. Monitor is new and I was surprised that the 4k barely made a difference with 2K Not saying it does not stutter at times. Nothing that bothers me too much or makes it unplayable. Maybe for some any stuttering is unacceptable. Cant speak for the 9070. But I went from a 3070 to a 4070ti and that made a huge difference in my case. I do wish I had 16gig though. Ron MSFS 2024 -Too many airplanes to name. Too many airports to name.

Sorry I don't have those issues. I get a few micro studders flying over the LA area, but I can land with no issues using Ini LAX also landing in the NY, JFK ini airport. Most of my settings are on high and few on ultra with lod at 150 to 200. With the latest SU3 beta update my performance is even better than before.
