iFly MAX - Airline Specific Options

Featured Replies

Wondering if there are any references out there that show how individual airlines configure their MAX's.   iFly has a great deal of options available to customize your jet (HUD, various avionics settings, etc) but I have no idea which of my liveries have those specific options.  Even something as basic as the thrust rating of the engines isn't available.    I thought I saw something years ago for the PMDG 737NG that had all this listed out, anyone see something similar for the MAX?

When I used the iFly 737 NG in FS9 and FSX, what I did was to look for cockpit photos in Airliners.net, and from there hope to get the info I wanted. For thrust rating, all I had left was to google the aircraft registration and hope to find a result including any reference to the engines. If anybody else knows of a better method, please let us know.

Best regards,

Most of the add on liveries you will find on Flightsim.to will tell you whether they come with airline specific options and how to install the file that contains the information.

In MS2024 you just have to make sure to enter the correct registration in the dynamic registration entry box upon loading the aircraft or else the sim will not load the options correctly.

Might be worth asking about companies you're curious about; there's probably someone on the Internet that knows.  On the other hand, I've found the company specific setups for both the PMDG and iFly to be frequently wrong for the airlines I'm familiar with, so I guess there's no knowing for sure unless you have personal knowledge of the fleet or know someone you trust who does.  I can't tell you how many times I've downloaded liveries for my company that have all the RA call outs turned on, for instance.

US airlines, specifically SWA, AA and AS.     All of my liveries are from iFly, I haven't downloaded anything from Flightsim.to.   If they provide guidance on the options used, I'll go over there and check out what they have.

I can help with AS for sure, I'll upload pics of my options pages later.  I imagine there are folks that know the others.
