Hello to my fellow subscribers.

I confirmed the following with my sighted friend.

I just installed 2020 version number 1.39.9.0

I hear the music playing.

This tells me that I have 2020 loaded and at the main welcome screen.

I just had a sighted friend confirm this for me.

It wants me to sign into a x box account, and I don't have x box.

How can I get past this via keyboard commands?

I have 2020 installed on a windows eleven desktop computer.

I'd love to stress test out the version four of the beta for 2024, but don't know how to install it onto my computer via my steam account.

Can anyone here give me step by step via keyboards to down load and install the latest beta fro 2024?

Now, I don't have a purchased copy of 2024 just yet.

Do I need to purchase it before I can be a beta tester for it?

Many thanks.

Ron Kolesar.

Yes. You must own 2024 before you can participate in any of the patch betas.

There is an Xbox app that you need to download if you have the store version on PC, not sure how that works on a Steam account.

You still need an Xbox account for the Steam version.  There should be a part of the UI in the upper right of the screen to sign in if the user is signed out.  If they don't currently actually have an xbox account they'll have to create one, probably externally at MS's website.  Not really sure since I had one forever since I used to play some stuff on a 360 years ago but it's just tied to my MS account that I use with Windows etc.

But then how do I get past the X box sign in so that I may enjoy 2020/and or 2024?

I have it on a windows eleven desktop computer.

I don't have it installed yet, but I place 2024 extream deluxe on my credit card.

Here's hoping that I don't have the same issues with 2024 that I'm having with 2020 when it loads and second here's hoping that it will be more accessible for we who use a screen reader program to interact with our computer. Sadly, I miss the good old days of FSX.

Many thanks though for answering my one question.

Think of the Xbox sign in as a means to access the Microsoft games store. It requires a username and password, so if you don't have one you will need to create one.

Go to www.xbox.com

You will have the option to create a free user account.
