I also have the same problems - moreso with FSX. It works/plays nice for about a week or so, until it just seems to lose it. I dunno. Geofa: I was having similar problems with Vista, crashes, slowness, etc... people overlook hardware. I ended up getting a new motherboard, and that fixed all my stability issues, also juiced up the power supply a bit. Sometimes issues in manufacturing end up making a big difference.This new motherboard ended up dying about a year later, just replaced it now. Decided to reformat (after more than a year!), just because I wanted to start from scratch, and move over to a harder drive. Having to go through all the add-ons and optimizations again. Sigh :(
