October 10, 2025Oct 10 I have X-Plane 12, and had switched to the X-Plane Identity thing months ago with no issues. Today, however, I'm not able to use XP outside of the demo areas (I just updated to the latest beta). I have tried logging out and in from the identity, but it pops up a window that says "There was an error during login: Manifest Error Domain: 7, Code:20019 Desc: JWT Signature verification failed" When I log in on the X-Plane Identity Portal (https://ident.x-plane.com) I can see my purchase and the key as per normal. Thanks No did not do this on an existing installation but just completed a complete reinstall of XP12 and created the identity (why and for what I have no real idea) but XPlane works fine as for the identity thing - do not use it and appears to be ok. The reinstallation was fraught though and one done had to be done again.
October 10, 2025Oct 10 From laminr We recently deployed an update to the Laminar Identity service which has resulted in the issue you're currently experiencing. To fully resolve this, we ask that you perform the following steps:- Close X-Plane - Please delete the folder Output/store located within the X-Plane directory on your machine. - Open X-Plane and Log-in again to your Laminar Identity account.We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We are actively working on a further system update that will remove the need for this manual step in the future.Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
