Do you see it listed in the free flight aircraft menu? Is it missing or not loading/causing the sim to crash?

ATP MEL,CFI,CFII,MEI. Type Ratings B-737, ERJ-190,ERJ-170

And here we go again.- Again I cannot select the PC-24. Anyone else has this problem?

Something funny going on with your install/account, I have no problem selecting it. Strange one for sure!
