January 29Jan 29 Just started using Pop Out Panels in 2024. Was very easy to set up and have it working fine..... most of the time. But sometimes, I have to restart it several times to get the panels to load. I start the program and some or all of the panels will "Fail" to load. I have to close and open again several times before all so well. Am I doing something wrong? What is most annoying is I took quite a bit of time to set up panels for my MD-11 and then when I was done, it failed to load every time. (Tried probably 10x's) And for the money I paid for it I expect better results than this!! (That is a joke right there my friends!) Anyway, is there something I am doing wrong or is it just what it is? Thanks, Dave
January 29Jan 29 Do you have multimonitor setup? Make sure you wait till popouts are finished before touching or clicking on another screen otherwise it will fail. Because then the popout tries to popout on the wrong screen. Edited January 29Jan 29 by rob0203

January 29Jan 29 Do you mean you see a message fail to load? Or no popouts? Sometimes when changing monitor setup they popout outside of the screens. Solutions is then to create new profile
January 29Jan 29 Hi, I've found that if I start the sim in the same interior view every time I have zero issues loading up pop-out-panel manager. My pilot view that overlooks the flight deck, camera definition zero... it starts in this position every time I run the sim. [CAMERADEFINITION.0] InitialXyz = 0.50000, 0.400000, 0.670000 ; Original Settings: 0.00115, 0.363966, -0.520507 InitialPbh = -0.00000, -0.00, -0.00 ; Original Settings: -11.37700, -0.00, -0.00 Once Pop-Out_Panel Manager finishes, it automatically jumps to the outside position which I have setup as camera definition 1 [CAMERADEFINITION.1] InitialXyz = 0.50000, 0.500000, -1.450000 ; Original Settings: 0.00115, 0.363966, -0.520507 InitialPbh = -25.00000, -0.00, -0.00 ; Original Settings: -11.37700, -0.00, -0.00 This setup is for the PMDG 738. You'll have to edit your camera definitions accordingly based on aircraft type. Only time I ever had a failure is when a monitor resolution changed. January 29Jan 29 It looks like it tries to popout but at the wrong position. Do you have the same camera position on popout position select and popout? Did you install chaseplane? I needed to create a chaseplane view and load everytime before popout to find the correct positions.

Solutions is then to create new profile I see the message "fail to load" or something like that and no gauges (or some) show up.

When the gauges do show up, they are exactly where I want them.
