If you’re Intel 13th 14th series, I would monitor CPU voltages … you might be able to capture some of the voltage spikes if your sample frequency is good 100ms or less … should get a few file entries before freeze.

RAM timings are another primary source of instability/freeze … but could many things but very likely at the hardware level when a freeze is encountered.
