Sharpening is available via the control panel … called “Image Scaling” now (combines scaling and sharpening),  you can also get just Sharpening via GeForce Experience overlay … you shouldn’t need any registry hack?

Interesting.  When I launched the first flight after the update to 25H2 it was obvious that was gone and looking around PHKO it reminded me of what the vampires looked like in daylight in the movie Twilight--everything was sparkling/shimmering.  I looked at NVCP and noticed the label in 3D settings changed to Image Scaling from Sharpening, which is what it was tagged w/o the hack, but never opened it.  I went to the registry and noticed the hack was reset back to 1, from 0, in GR535, so set it back to 0 and the sharpening was restored to normal.  Next time I update the GPU driver, which wipes the hack, I'll have a look and see what you're referring too.  Cheers

Tried disabling the hack and the default setting in NVCP for sharpening now is the one that generated severe over-sharpening that I first saw, whereas the hack's default setting is perfect.  I guess one can dial back the new sharpening slider to find out what's optimal but in the end, there's no reason to ultimately.

Not sure I understand you, it's available via NCP?

Can be set per app/game also.

In MSFS 2024 do Alt+F3 (or whatever hotkey assignment you have for filters).

Or do the registry hack, whatever works for you.
