The issues with the iniBuilds A340/A350 have been troublesome even to many seasoned simmers and their systems, is what I gather... (BTW, I did a post a fuller account of my A350-1000 (ORD->LHR) flight, along with more images, in the Screenshots Forum, if you wish to take a look. And, yes, I would not have flown that A350 flight today, if not triggered by your experience...🙂...) Cheers...! Well, the chapter may not be closed on the A350 yet. I had an idea to install it directly into MSFS 2024 instead of using the linker tool. Maybe it was a fluke but last night it seemed stable again. I did not use BATC either so I will see how it goes today once i add that back into the mix. I will have a look at your flight because my test flights mostly involve known routes to make sure i have the basics down. I need to spice things up! Btw, I had trouble mapping controls from my Thrustmaster Airbus Quadrant to the Boeing 777F, so I had to revert to using my CH Yoke. Got it all configured and new profiles created, and almost got her fired up from cold and dark. And…it did lock up the sim once, but i assume it was me flailing with the FMS. 7950X3D | RTX 4090 | 96GB DDR5 | 4K G-Sync | Win11 Pro
February 21Feb 21 Great. Yes, go with a generic Yoke first, that you use for your other airliners, before moving on to the (dedicated) Airbus Quadrant. I don’t use the Airbus Quadrant, but I know they are very nice and highly immersive. Thanks for looking up my other post of the A350 flight. Cheers. Edited February 21Feb 21 by P_7878

It added so much color to it. Well done sir! 7950X3D | RTX 4090 | 96GB DDR5 | 4K G-Sync | Win11 Pro

I've been doing so for the last 10+ years, in the neighborly Screenshots Forum. It's much harder to fly (especially long-haul), and then, describe the experience and post pictures of it, than just commenting here...🙂..., so, with my reduced available time these days, I've relocated a bit...🙂... One thing I know well is arrival into a dawn sky over Europe after flying across the Atlantic, as I've described in my A350 post. I must have flown the pond 40+ times over a couple of decades of active travel. To see that first glow of sunlight, breaking over the eastern horizon, from 35,000 to 40,000 ft, is a feeling I cherish always, as we would hear the cabin announcement and begin our final descent. I mostly flew with LH, was among their last DC-10 passengers, before they retired that type, and was also among the first passengers of their 747-8I (launch operator of the pax variant), when they started (ORD-FRA) service with it. I've never flown on the A350, so, that's why I like to fly the A350 so much, and, crossing the Atlantic with it, albeit in my virtual world, was special yesterday; always brings back lots of memories; the (persistent) issues with the iniBuilds A350, somewhat forgotten...🙂... Cheers...! Edited February 22Feb 22 by P_7878
