March 2Mar 2 The north east USA got a large snowstorm last week, including NYC. I'm taking the C750 and escaping to Key West. Hope you enjoy these pics as we cruise around mach .90 / FL400 Departing RY13 at KLGA (scenery at origin and destination by MK Studios) I believe this is Atlantic City area (KACY) We're given a little bit of a shortcut but still have a strong headwind. Upper right area of this would be around the Washington DC area Looking at Cape Charles, VA - someone is higher than me! but not by much. We could have gone higher but we wanted speed as well. Looking at Newport News/Langley AFB (lower right), Norfolk, VA and Oceana NAS (on the land mass on the upper right of the pic) We got another shortcut which brings us more over water, but we've also gained about 30 knots across the ground... 490 or so... We're about 40 minutes out of KEYW. This stunning livery by Zach! Land Ho! (Near Vero Beach, FL KVRB - a very nice freeware was just released for the Home of Piper Aircraft) Just west of Miami near the Everglades Beautiful waters of Florida Bay in sight... along with the Keys - we're about 10 min from landing Sadly the FL watermasks are really low res... not sure why. We just passed Marathon KMTH and are looking at Key West NAS and KEYW We come off of the FNTSY1 star into the RNAV 27 via TALEE Over to tower and we are cleared to land runway 27 Parked at Signature with another lovely aircraft - hope to see one in the sim soon TM 🙂 MK Studios does a pretty nice job with Key West KEYW. They also model some nearby structures along with some POIs in the city to the west. It's interesting to see the new terminal was basically built in front of the old! | My Liveries | FAA ZMP | PPL ASEL | | Windows 11 | MSI Z690 Tomahawk | 12700K 4.7GHz | MSI RTX 4080 | 64GB 6000 MHz DDR5 | 500GB Samsung 860 Evo SSD | 2x 2TB Samsung 970 Evo M.2 | EVGA 850W Gold | Corsair 5000X | HP G2 (VR) / LG 27" 1440p |
March 6Mar 6 Vibrant pictures set, Ryan, from your (almost) cross-country trip, in this high speed (and big) personal jet of yours…🙂… BTW, I was speaking with a colleague of mine in Long Island a short while ago when they were dumped on by this heavy snow .
