Help required pleae. I am getting this error box message along with a micro pause every so often in flight. I disabled crash detection but the error message persists.Has anyone else had this and knows the solution please.

google came up with this with more steps to take, just google

 

The error box with a micro-pause, even with crash detection disabled, is likely a "Content Error," "Overstress," or a hidden "Hardware Disconnected" alert causing the sim to focus on the error window rather than the flight. The issue is likely caused by overstress damage (speed/G-force), unstable GPU overclocks, or third-party app conflicts

Thank you Pete. I usually fly low and slow and mostly focus on the scenery rather than flying properly. I changed my settings to FSX mode which zeroed stress and damage, and it seems to have worked.
