May 3May 3 (a bit of a re-post, but I like the image and it was a GREAT flight, so sharing here, too 🙂 ) The Blackbird nee MilViz C-130J after just exiting Corris, overflying the eponymous Machynlleth in the Mach Loop at 250agl & 250kts 🙂 Nice thing about this aircraft is that it's IRL designed to be chucked about (so the below isn't unrealistic as long as you watch the G's and vSpeeds), and it is capable of operating from genuinely austere, off-pavement airstrips, roads and even aircraft carriers (if you dare) 😎 IMHO they've done a great job and this addon keeps getting better (the change logs are frequent and LONG). Handling is nuanced and fluid, with good inertia & momentum, even around the landing pattern - which is where most MSFS addons fall flat (IMHO). The systems are deeply modeled and since this isn't Boeing or Airbus, they do require study to use. Â

May 4May 4 I fly the Blackbird "dirty 30" Hercules since it was in beta. From the beginning I was extremely impressed by it's flight model and flight smoothnes and handling. In addition, the cockpit excells in military atmosphere and wear and tear (immersion). One of my top favorite larger go to aircraft.
