AI Files

Is anyone able to supply the base zip files for AI, B772, 7 B77W73?

flightsim .com library is still offline, I can't complete many flight plans without these files

Cannot download from anywhere it seems.

With thanks tesza

Hey mate,

Here is a link of TFS A380/777 simobjects that a kind fellow on Avsim sent to me:

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1bRDN0VLK9FfZolk_Z1sj2msi5bk_VVI8/view?usp=sharing

Here is a link of three zips that I have now in the C:\ProgramData\AIGTech\AIGAIM\temp_model folder for AIG:
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/16dkTDf3yoOjVI7IaeWCTei6ZnGRjMny7?usp=sharing

I just can't quite remember how they came about...anyway...somehow between the two I got it to work.

Later on when doing AIG, I found I had problem sourcing AIAardvark MD-8x models (which were also on flightsim.com).

Cheers and hope this helps,

Rudy

If anyone cares to share the MD-8X AI Aardvarks, I'd be very grateful :)

The base models are here: https://www.ai-aardvark.com/aiaircraft/repaints/md_8x/md_8x.html

The P3Dv4 conversions are available in the AVSIM library. Just search for "AI Conversion Team".

As far as I can tell, both the Avsim and Flightsim links for the base pack on the site you linked don't work? Unless I'm missing something?

Thanks for the link though.

Somehow I got mine working with the files I linked you to above. That contains those models.

I think I copied TFS models that I got sent from the first zip into my AIG simobjects folder - have you tried that?

Hi Rudy,

Yes I did that as well, (unzipped and added to the OCI simobjects file.)

For some reason AIGTech Manager does not recognise when pointed to the simobjects file in the OCI?

I also added them into the Program Data\AIGTECH\AIGAIM\temp models folder.

Still no luck

Regards Tesza

Hello and greetings fellow simmers. I'm looking for base file for the TFS A380 and also for the SBAI A220 if possible. Thanks in advance!

I know a lot of people like to use AIG's manager for their AI traffic as it saves time and effort, but IMO it just complicates things.

I've always just downloaded the traffic files and planes separately, added the aircraft.cfg titles to the aircraft AI text file, and then used AI Flight Planner to compile the files into traffic BGLs.

It's more work, but if there's a problem, you know what you did and can usually figure out what's wrong, plus you get the satisfaction of customizing your own AI traffic. Sometimes I don't use parts of flightplans that I don't think are realistic or that are redundant, so I edit the flightplan text file and remove the planes that flight plan uses.
