It was so easy in XP12, but a counterintuitive mess in MSFS 2024, at least to my tired eyes. I'm open to any suggestions or good link to a guide to setting up controllers. I'm glad TrackIR5 was easy to set up.Lorby's Axis and Oh's ... essential add-on. ...
8 hours ago8 hr Author Ok, here are the options I am considering because I have HC Alpha & Bravo, CH Throttle Quad, Thrustmaster T16000 HOTAS, TWCS Throttle & TFRP rudder pedals, & WinWing/Ctrl A320 MCDU:Lorby's Axis & Oh'sSPAD.next (will need complete edition possibly for the MCDU)I'm leaning towards SPAD as it appears to be less troublesome with some settings and overall more complete. But he flies in 1080p. What resolution do you use? Also, you may struggle with VRAM, specially if you use 8K textures for aircraft and sceneries. If so, textures can be resized to something more manageable:Since this, I never ever again use 8K textures. My 5060Ti no longer sees over 12 GB of VRAM usage, and camera changes are now quick. 2 hours ago2 hr Author Hey, Luis!I use 1080p as well.I'll look into the texture resizer. I saw that thread but haven't dug into it yet. Unfortunately Windows 10 is not supported so it's a no go for me since I don't want to upgrade to Win 11 on my desktop. Have it on my laptop but don't care for it.Thanks & clear skies!
