They blocked it based on the user agent. This was done intentionally by the OSM admins without contacting me. My development version is working without issues but 3.0.18 not.

Next LNM allows to change the user agent in the user interface and I also reduced the number of parallel connections to two.

It has nothing to do with Navigraph.🙃 This is just a stunt of the OSM admins.
