I've been using Edge since installing Win 11 some time ago. It sits on a second screen, setup as an extended display. I of course use the main screen for the flight sim. I size Edge on that second screen so that it fits nicely with Self Loading Cargo windows and BATC. My issue is simply that Edge almost with every reboot resizes and repositions itself by minute amounts, but it's essentially drifting into the other windows on the 2nd screen. So I guess my question is: for those that park a browser on a second screen, does that browser NOT resize and reposition itself subtly or worse with each relaunch or two? If so, which browser is it? I do like how Edge works in general but it's an annoyance to have to resize and reposition it with practically every launch.

I use Firefox, I don't notice this issue happening, but I might see it happen if I ran FF in a window on a separate monitor more often. I run FF fullscreen on a second monitor.

To me, the whole ball game is adds. Browsers based on Chrome are based on a platform owned and controlled by Google. So is Youtube. And so are a lot of the software for hosting forums, such as Avsim. You won't find excellent Ad blocking of Google platform stuff using a Google based web browser.

I see zero adds on Avsim and zero adds on Youtube with Firefox plus freeware Ghostery addon for Firefox.

Browsers based on Google's Chrome: Edge, Chrome, Opera, Brave, Vivaldi, Arc.

Browsers not based on Chrome: Firefox, Safari, Tor, Mullvad, Ladybird. (Ladybird is only in early development). (Tor is a sort of streamlined Firefox with even better privacy).
