Just in case as I have tried everything.

Went so far to delete every settings and still when I make new ones it reverts to the default went I go back in

This close from deleting all of MSFS.

Deleted to userconfig file.

Took out the community folder

Replugged the devices

Put the Steam controller to disable the back to default

Even the keyboard and mouse reverts to default.

Any other ideas you guys have before I do something drastic only to find the problem still exists

Yes

Since your bindings are already messed up, you may want to try clearing out your cloud data. This is basically the nuclear option though, it will delete all controller profiles, settings, and logbook data that is saved in the cloud, so if some of your profiles/controls are working fine you may want to try something like a clean reinstall first.

You can use this utility to backup and restore profiles, but be sure to read the readme as it's not super straightforward (you need to recreate empty profiles with the same names in order to restore, IIRC).

This looks like it may help but it's for 2020.

Ot sure if it's still good for 2924

Deleting the Steam cloud date seems to work.

First plane is sticking. Will know more when i setup a second plane.

So far so good.
