Reminds me of the 80s and 90s where sometimes a plane would only be half full or less. I once flew on a mostly empty plane from Charleston to Atlanta back in the early 90s.BTW, and this is just a criticism of Yahoo News and the editor, not the content, notice that the picture at the top of the article is not the actual solo passenger or pilot. The pictures of the real lady and pilot are further down in the article. The fake picture at the top is of an attractive woman and some middle eastern looking pilot sitting in an older plane like a 737-300. There is even a button to enlarge the picture as if it is a legitimate part of the story. Yet another example of fake media trickery. Saturday at 02:23 PM3 days When Flybe collapsed I was lucky enough to grab a Blue Islands emergency flight back to the UK. An ATR 72-500. Just a handful of us climbed onboard, no seat numbers, the very attractive lady had to puzzle out where to seat us. I guess she just spread us out, I ended up in the middle of the aircraft with no other passengers in sight. Like having my pwn private aircraft. 😄
