The UK Air Accicents Investigation Branch published their latest results relating to this accident.The investigation is still ongoing but "Restrictions in the fuel system between the aircraft fuel tanks and each of the engine HP pumps, resulting in reduced fuel flows, is suspected." http://www.aaib.dft.gov.uk/cms_resources/S...08%20G-YMMM.pdf
