November 21, 200619 yr Thanks, Bill. I tried your suggestion and copied your files. It just did not work. Have you imported any Mini Panel to FSX? Do you have any other thoughts?Would appreciate any input. ThanksAbe

I model aircraft and program gauges, so I've just never had the time to experiment with default aircraft... ;) Fr. November 22, 200619 yr Author I had a similar problem in FS9 with my own aircraft trying to get rid of the default mini panel. What works for me is:(Window Titles)Window00=Main PanelWindow01=Mini Panel...(Window01)position=7size_mm=500,125child_3d=1background_color=0,0,0ident=MINIPANELgauge00=Spirit_of_StLouis!spirit_asi,0,0gauge01=Piper_J3Cub!compass,125,0gauge02=DeHavilland_Comet!Altimeter,250,0 gauge03=Spirit_of_StLouis!spirit_rpm,375,0As I remember the line "ident=MINIPANEL" has to use capitals with no spaces.Obviously replace the round brackets with square onesEDIT: Also note that the gauge numbering sequence restarts with gauge00 even though I have a gauge00= in the main panel. November 23, 200619 yr Thanks guys! Are there any other files, such as texture, involved in addtion to the gauges *.gau files? Just wondered.Thanks.Abe
November 23, 200619 yr Author For what it's worth I attach my complete panel.cfg file. It's a while since I made this but I do recall I had problems trying to get rid of the default mini panel. I tried lots of variations before I achieved that.// Panel Configuration file// Hawker Cygnet// Copyright © 2004-2005 Gerry Howard.
