An updated region under the tree...

Hi Hans Petter,The bin conversion readme is rather old and now we have Jon's Seattle08 including the full GeoTiles.tag, the new tiles also !Just use the GeoTiles.tag from Seattle08 then it's OK, flattened and expanded.You have just to import the Bandera and Apex geos provided with the last fixes in the lib. Don't forget to set Sealevel to 109 :-)In the region.cfg setreg_width 10reg_height 16to have the new tile, but no gap at the east.Now you have a top level installation, enjoy :-):-waveAndre
