If I open up a dos prompt and type f:rcv30rcv3.exe I get system path cannot be found..However when I type F:program FilesRcv30Rcv3.exe it works fine.

I moved my entire Radar Contact RVC30 file from F:WindowsXPProgram FilesRCV30 to F:WindowsXPRCV30 directory and used the %comspec% /c start /abovenormal f:rcv30rcv3.exe command as per post #41 and it works! The pace of the program is greatly improved.What I wonder now is do all wav files in the computer speed up or just those in Radar Contact?Thanks for the contributions.RichR

Since you are only increasing the priority of RC, only RC speeds up.

Well after all this time I just put RCV3 directly into my F:Rcv30rcv3.exe, and use the string %comspec% /c start /abovenormal f:rcv30rcv3.exe and it works fine now...Thank you everyone for your help...
