June 27, 200520 yr i have a question on version 4, i know that otto does not fly planes other than the default planes, but im wondering when the airplane like the PMDG 747 comes out and say that you are in the air for several hours, what do you do or is there a program that will allow you to rest and let the the co -pilot fly for awhile.seems that they are making these planes so sofisicated that you have to have help.Thanks...........Robert
June 27, 200520 yr Moderator Robert,I'm flying the PMDG737-700 and PSS Concorde successfully with RCv4. You can hand over the comms to Otto and everything will be fine assuming the 747-400 is modelled the same way as the 737.Obviously he can't handle navigation but providing the flight plan you feed into the CDU matches that fed into RC there won't be a problem there either. Using RC you can set FS to pause x miles from your destination. That facility will also be there in v4.Cheers, Ray (Cheshire, England).
