December 11, 200520 yr I've sent an email to the address provided on the shop, but would like to know if the is an answer around here.I filled in the form, all the mandatory boxes, etc - OKMy card billing address is my home address in the UKMy shipping address is an address in the USA (florida) where i am currently studying,Email is fine as well as phone numberI've tried 2 forms of card payment, both i checked to make sure details were correctHowvever no joy in ordering, any ideas?Thanks Alaister Kay

December 15, 200520 yr Hi there,It could be that your billing address is different from your delivery address. I work for an internet based firm, and for certain products we will only deliver to the billing address, so this may be the root of your problem. Its an anti-fraud measure.CheersIan
